Mr. Whitaker and his puppets (friends) Gomer and Willy will entertain with silly jokes, songs and fun tall tales.
Mr. Whitaker spins a variety of yarns from the traditional to stories created for this program. While telling the stories the puppets are constantly questioning his tall tale just like the kids would. This program is lots of fun and silly. Of course the audience will learn the difference between a tall tale and a lie. Plus be entertained by the antics of the puppets.
This program is intended for K-3rd grade and can be combined with Texas Folk tales ( look at more programs) for grades 4 and 5. This program can be adjusted for library groups.
